Up for sale is my 1965 Ford Mustang Convertible. It has been totally restored. The top is power operated with very nice pony interior and wood trim. Everything has been replaced to original. When I bought the car, I had it restored by a local professional. This car was disassembled piece by piece and put back together. If the original parts were not in great shape, they were replaced with Ford parts, not aftermarket. None that I know of. The bottom has undercoating. Some flaking. No rusty holes. Passenger side floor board has been replaced. The underside of the car is in good shape, but not for show. I wanted it so it could be driven and protected. WHY AM I SELLING THE CAR? I know longer have time to drive it like I used to. 2 children, hobbies/sports. I think that says it all, so I thought I would let someone else enjoy it as much as I have. CONVERTIBLE TOP/SEAT/CARPET Interior is all new and was installed by a professional. CHROME Is all original and in great shape GLASS They are all clear and windows work fine. WEATHER STRIPPING/RUBBER good ENGINE Has been gone through by a professional. Runs great, and I have never had any problems. EXHAUST SYSTEM good, was replaced when restored LIGHTS AND GAGES Everything works RADIO Original - works good for an AM Bottom line is: I am the second owner of this car. It has never seen anything but sunshine. It has never been washed, only waxed, and kept clean, as you can see from the pictures. If it does not sell I will keep it. TERMS OF THE SALE 500.00 non refundable deposit within 3 days of the end of the sale. The balance is due within 10 days of end of auction. Cashiers check, bank check, bankwire transfer or cash. All funds must be cleared by my bank before the car and clear title is released. No refunds after the sale. Shipping/Insurance is responsibility of the buyer.
