It starts after a couple attempts, runs, & drives. It is LOW on fuel. The A/C is cold. This was turned in to reduce the fleet (September 2010). The service records state that this vehicle may need the WATER PUMP and COOLANT TANK replaced. This has not been repaired and is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS.
