VEHICLE DESCRIPTION You are bidding on a 2003 Ford Crown Victoria P71 Police Interceptor finished in rare and beautiful Titanium Gunmetal Metallic. This car is out of service with a Central Florida police agency. A Florida car its entire life it is 100% rust free. This particular unit was ordered with rear door delete and rear seat delete from factory (look below for details on this). It was not a normal patrol unit thought and not used for prisoners. What we can gather is that it was a "Weapons Transport" unit, whatever that means. It had a funky non conventional cage in the back and all sorts of odd brackets we took out (along with a bucket full of unused shells) Mechanically it is in excellent shape, the engine is strong and transmission shifts perfectly. There are no hiccups and no leaks. The engine and underbody are clean. The tires are fairly new Police Issue Goodyear Eagle RSA with about 80% life. Power windows (all operational) power locks. eBay would not let me select non power seat, it DOES NOT have power seats. Cold A/C. Everything works as it should. We drove the unit for a period of time and everything is tip top, there are no issues. Aesthetically it is as close to factory as we could get, the pictures speak a thousand words. The exterior is looks amazing and the interior is very clean. Rear seats and rear door panels are brand new. The flash on the camera does not do the front seats justice. They look very clean in person with the drivers showing a bit more wear than the passenger. It is important to us to disclose any imperfections that may detract from the beauty of this automobile. We pride ourselves on our level of service and honesty. We took pictures of everything so you could see for yourself. We noted some accidents were reported when we did a history check prior to acquiring the vehicle. We did an EXTENSIVE inspection for signs of damage and whatever happened had to be surface panel damage and not structural. Remember, Crown Vics are some of the last frame on body cars meaning the frame is separate from the body and not unibody like newer cars. This translates into a MUCH better scenario when involved in fender benders. Damage is easily fixed and structure is not compromised. This is a BIG reason fleets use these cars.We did not notice any apparent dents or dings. There is a small scratch on the drivers side rear quarter panel to the right of the gas cap. The steering wheel shows some wear typical with this mileage on a Police car. There is a 3/4"hole on the roof from an antenna array and a 1/2" hole on the trunk lid from a puck antenna. Both holes are capped and do not leak. As stated above it came factory with a rear door delete and rear seat delete meaning the rear door rods, panels, handles and rear seat never came installed. This means the rear door do not open from the inside and cannot be locked or unlocked from the inside. The windows we made operation meaning they can be rolled down from the rear.
