Yes, this car really has less than 8000 miles. It has been in Texas its whole life and has been garage kept. Never seen snow or even a heavy rain. Really does look and run like it just came off the showroom floor from the dealer. No wear on the driver's seat (or anywhere else) where you usually see it.
