Up for bid is a very nice 1997 Chevy Astro mini van. It has seating for 8, power windows, power locks, am fm cd player, tilt and cruise. It has a 4.3 liter V-6 that has lost all oil pressure. I had sold the van to a gentleman and it was running great I had driven that day and for the entire month before with no problems but he drove it about 100 miles and it lost oil pressure I have no idea how long he drove it before he shut it off but it was to late the damage was done. So my loss might be your gain. The van is in great shape otherwise way to nice to just junk it or to part it out. Someone could either rebuild the engine or replace the engine and have a very nice van. I have priced replacing the engine and most places will replace it with a used engine for around $ 1300 to $1700. So if you are looking for a very nice van that needs a little work here you go. The only other things about the van are the power window on the passenger side dose not work I believe it needs a new motor. The front bumper has a spot where the paint has worn off I do not know what from. Everything I believe works fine. I bought the van from my neighbor who was getting a divorce and needed the money she bought it new. I know it was taken great care of by them.
