re-listing due to a non-paying bidder. ----------------------------- Finally selling my girl. Don't really want to but FL house has only 2 car garage and the new Vette (which is just a big pig comparing to this sweet girl) eats 1/2 of it. Bought it new with a partner in 1980, drove it to Cape Cod at 140 MPH and that's it. A few warmup drives annualy and kept in my NJ garage for 30 years. Barely ever used. Original everything, even the tires. Shipped to FL last year. Never cleaned the engine. Never cleaned the interior. Comments: Carpet floor- tan.. could use a shampoo Vinyl seats- Need a cleaning too. Convertible ragtop- not well but a fresh new ragtop is in the box with an installation manual. New elec fuel pump under car. The old Bosch just froze from lack of use. New spark wires and fuel lines. Rubber gets brittle... I had the fuel tank pulled out, sent out for acid wash and internal re-coating as i was concerned with internal corrosion. Couldn't wait to remove the catalytic as soon as I got to Florida. NO inspection. Yea! Dealer in NJ added the in-tank fuel pump in 1984 as per Alfa specs. Lap belts, yes. Airbags , Ha? One or two minor dings from other cars in my garage. none cause a paint chip. trunk has some paint fading/peeling but nothing that needs work. Antenna gasket needs replacing. see pic Got a nice Bra for the car- see pic with red alfa logo. original owners manual. Also Spica fuel injection manual. The original radio/ cassette player is in. Doesn't seem to get many stations. NO Ipod input either :) No real corrosion under car. Its been in the garage. Idle is a little high now at about 1500 but you can play with the rich/lean setting forever and have fun. new plus this year. Everything else works. Its one of those rare cars you read about but never see. If you want it shipped somewhere check with any car shipping service. After shipping it to FL it seems simpler than I thought for $600. if you buy her, take good care of her. I've had her longer then I've been married. ..Its 31 so selling it AS IS and it is subject to prior sale here in FL.
