VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: This is a 1967 Camaro equipped with: Matching Number 327 C. I. Engine Matching Number Powerglide Transmission Factory Power Steering Factory Power Brakes Factory Emerald Turquoise Protect-O-Plate Only 24,368 Original Miles This Camaro is being relisted due to yet another eBay bidder who chose to bid but then neglected to communicate any further after he/she "hit the button." Please do not "hit the button" out of curiosity or without the intention of following through with payment. This is a great, original Camaro, affectionately named "Sea Breeze" by her previous owner, and she deserves a good home. This is the closest I've seen to an authentic "survivor" in quite some time. The car was originally purchased in Hamilton, Ohio at Central Motors Chevrolet. The original owner later passed it on to her granddaughter who then passed it on to her daughter (aka the original owner's great-granddaughter). In 2005 the great-granddaughter then sold it to a fellow who was an extensive Camaro collector in Florida. I purchased it from that fellow's estate, along with 40 other cars. The car is documented with its protect-o-plate, original dealer delivery sheet, original books and a signed statement from the great-granddaughter attesting to its history and the actual mileage. This car is in very good condition for its age and originality. The body on the car is straight and the Emerald Turquoise paint is very acceptable. The only spots I noticed are on the driver's side rear wheel well, on either side, there is an age spot at the bottom near the body line. These are not full blown rusted holes, they are just two places about the size of a quarter where the paint is starting to show its age. Everything else, including the bottoms of the doors, other wheel wells, etc. are all in great condition. The file on the car says it was painted in 1980 because the great-grandmother drove it to the grocery and it had "cart scratches". The undercarriage, including the frame, frame braces, floorpans etc. are all in excellent condition. The car runs and drives really well. It had been in storage for the past 6 years before I purchased it, but I've driven it approx. 100 miles and it runs great. The drive train is completely original (notice the original chalking in the engine compartment). The transmission shifts smoothly and the motor sounds strong. The interior is completely original and in good condition. The seat covers and door panels look great with no rips or tears. The dash and gauges are nice and it's easy to tell that this car has been used sparingly. The car sits on four Firestone Wide Oval Tires that we probably installed by the great-grandfather who owned a local Firestone Store. Please take the time to study the photos below to verify this vehicle's condition. I welcome any and all questions about this car, its restoration, and current condition.
