The engine was professionally replaced with a newer one with only 92,000 miles. The truck was never involved in an accident nor was it ever submerged in water. Anyone can clearly tell if a vechicle was submerged in water no matter how well it's cleaned....and I guarantee that THIS ONE WASN'T. My guess is the previous owner drove through a larger puddle which sucked water into engine....these engines are expensive and the insurance company decided it was cheaper to just sell the truck as is, rather than fix it. When insurance companies keep damaged cars to re-sell them they are required by law to issue a salvage certificate...which is what happened to this truck. It was inspected by the Indiana state BMV and issued a rebuilt title that can be registered by anyone in any state without problems. To clear things up...this truck does not have any electrical issues and never will...it is clean...there is absolutely no trace of water inside the cabin nor is there any smell of mold. Also the truck was never involved in an accident...there is no sign of it being re-painted. The truck starts right up and drives super nice with no issues. Transmission shifts smoothly...engine sounds beautiful...especially with the nice dual exhaust. The 4x4 also works good with no issues. I personally drove this truck for the past couple of months and I fell in love with it but I'm a dealer and I have to keep the cars moving. The exterior of the truck is in good shape with the exception of the front bumper having a fist size ding in it and missing the lower spoiler. The bed is a bit scratched up as you can see in the pictures. There are a few small bumps on the tailgate and a couple more around the body also as shown in pictures. For a truck it's age it's just normal wear. Tires are ok but will need to replace soon. The interior is clean with just a stain and a couple of small holes on the driver seat and also the ash tray is a bit loose.
