1966 Corvette Convertible - This car was a original 327/350hp L79, factory 4spd, the original motor is long gone (non numbers matching) now it has a ZZ4 motor in it now, that is a over the counter GM motor, that has pink rods,4 bolt main, roller hydraulic cam, aluminum angle plug heads,and alot more great parts, its putting out about 365hp with the side pipes and Holley carb, read up on this motor on the internet, great motor. Now it has a turbo 350 automatic, but you could always put the 4spd back in the car, the original 4spd pedals and console are still there. The original color of the corvette is Nassau Blue, paint code 976, and 60% of the cars paint is original, the paint is in fair shape, its showing its age (fading and checking),the body is pretty straight with know major damage on the body, the frame is solid, it has the survivor look going on. The interior is Black Vinyl and in fair shape, its showing its age, still has the original high red line tach and the original AM/FM radio and also the teak steering wheel, the convertible soft top is in fair shape. The car has its original knock off hub caps, and both tops, hard top and soft top. You can get in this car and drive it any place, I drive the car all the time, it runs and drives good for a old corvette. I bought this car from a guy that has owned it since 1972, he had it along time and drove it every were, when he bought the car, he told me it was a original Black Plate California car. This car is a old surviver car, its in fair to good shape for its age and it runs and drives good.
