hello today we have for your consideration a 1979 lincoln towncar with the very rare williamsburg option.in 1979 the williamsburg was the top of the line option it added a whopping 1600 dollars to the sticker price it includes twotone paint moldings moonroof and interior upgrades.the car has been stored for 11years in a barn this is a 2owner car and the first owner was lady driven both owners where none smokers the car still carrys its original michilin spare tire that has never been down the jack has never been used we have the window sticker and paper work from day one the car starts right up and cruises down the road like we remember them the motor runs great has leaky valvecover gasket but there are new ones in the trunk the trans shifts great every thing works as it should the interior is super nice as you will see has all the lincoln options all the glass is good chrome is nice the vynal top is discolored as you will see but not dry rotted or cracked this can be redyed at minimal cost and would do wonders for her apperance the body is original and not a rustbucket has a little bubbling above the right fenderskirt a little in the doorjamb on both rears the bottoms of the doors are very solid the seats in this car are exclusive to williamsburg and are very comfortable like sitting in your front room.i stopped for lunch after i had the car washed and i watched people looking at this car and one lady actually took a picture with her cell phone so if you want a nice classic lincoln that wont break the bank here is one for you? the gentelman that owned the car has passed away and i am listing this car for a friend to settle the estate the car is sold as is but check my feedback upon purchase you will deal directly with the owner all paperwork is in order and ready to go if you like you could fly in have a new set of tires put on and drive this car home thanks for looking watch my auctions for more cars from this estate if you have any questions call bob 248 808 3903 UPDATE I NOTICED ON THE INTERIOR PICS IT LOOKS LIKE THERE IS WEAR ON THE PIPING OF THE SEATS IT IS NOT THE SEATS IN THIS CAR ARE PERFECT THEY ACTUALLY STILL SHINE AND THE FLASH MADE IT LOOK THAT WAY.
