This Volkswagon is in pretty good shape. It starts and runs fine. It has power windows, power locks, sunroof, a/c. Everything works. The only problem is the transmission. It does not shift from first to second and third. It goes directly from first to fourth. I have done some research, and everyone says that it is a certain selenoid in the transmission that has failed mechanically. I am in a small south Texas town, and there is no one here who can work on it. I figure I will just sell it to someone who knows how to fix VWs, or knows someone who can. Everything else works great on the car. It has leather interior, and as can be seen from the pictures is relatively clean. I am selling the car for my girlfriend.. The car starts right up every time, and like I said, everything works. The clear coat on the roof is faded, and there is a spot on the trunk that is faded as well. There are also a few minor scratches on the car, as is normal for a car this age. I am selling the vehicle outright, as is, with no reserve. Delivery of the vehicle is the buyers responsibility.
