(it is common for plugs to break off when being replaced in ford 5.4 liter engines if these go unreplaced ... costing $$ of extra labor at your mechanic..i had these changed soon enough, none broke when being removed.. so nothing to worry about there..) this was a $1500 trip to the mechanic..
