I am selling my 1997 Ford Explorer AWD, This vehicle turns on but will not move the transmission needs replaced. It has a current inspection untill march of 2011 all tires are good. the engine is the 4.0L V6 SOHC, the AWD and 4 Wheel drive works along with the cruise and traction control. There is no carpet in the back, and there was a black paint spill in the cargo area. The exhaust system was taken off in order to fix the transmission, now that i am in school i do not have time or the money to do so, the exhaust is all on or in the car with the exception of a Y-pipe. Does have an after market muffler. There are an extra set of fog lights along with brand new silverstar head lights. This car is far from a perfect, it does need a lot of work but it is good for parts or a project car. There is a minor dent next to the rear right light (in one of the pics). Has driver and passenger airbag along with a passenger power seat. This is a great car for any type of weather conditions. It also has a full tank of gas aprox 21 gallons. The car will need to be towed, the buyer is responsible for pick up, i will not ship it. If you have any questions feel free to contact me as well for additional pictures.
