This is a really nice 1970 Monte Carlo. Its been in our family for 18 years but never licensed so we have history on it going pretty far back. As far as the car itself, it has a 454 engine (non numbers matching) with a 400 turbo transmission and a 10 bolt rearend. For option,s it has power steering, brakes, air, am-fm radio, factory bucket seats, console shifter, rally wheels and an in dash tach. It had the SS badging when we purchased it in 1992 and we believe its a real super sport. The big block steering nuckle and the 400 turbo transmission indicate this but there are no air shocks, no rear sway bar, and no canister under the hood. Since there is no way to tell by the vin on these and we don't have the build sheet, we lack definitive proof. Everything works, it runs and drives great and would be a ball to take cruising.
