Just to be clear, a scammer hit "Buy it now" 3 weeks ago and 2 weeks ago, another scammer was the winning bidder so I am AGAIN forced to relist. If you have ZERO feedback, your bid WILL be cancelled! Up for auction is this SOLID original 1975 Buick Lesabre convertible that is an original 455 big block car that is fully loaded including 455, 400 transmission, power windows, power locks, 6 way power seats, tilt column, cruise control, trip set, speed alert, rear defrost, cornering lamps, lamp monitors, lighted visor mirror, digital clock, 5 Buick sport wheels, sport mirrors and more. This car was owned by a member of the Buick Club of America and was a NICE car prior to the engine fire, which happened while driving on the Interstate and mileage is unknown. It appears the fire did not get that hot as the carburator was not melted but it likely junk. The fenders, doors, 1/4 panels, trunk lid and floors are all solid and the interior is decent with NICE rear seat and trim panels. The front seat, as seen, needs to be recovered. The dash pad is bad as are many dash componants, which sustained heat damage from the fire. The convertible top was not affected from the fire but the left sun visor was heated a bit and is damaged. The only glass not broken was the left 1/4 and back glass but I am including a right 1/4 and door glass with the auction. You will need to find a left door glass and windshield as both are broken. The right fender is not warped but the left fender is warped on the top and is repairable. The hood is junk and is included as is the header panel. Both have been removed as have some of the other items from under the hood. My plan was to repair/restore the car over the winter and have started to disassemble the underhood area but I saved all the items removed other than the items that were junk from the fire, like the wiring, head lamps, A/C case and the like. The car is a very restorable one and would make a beautiful driver OR restore as a show car. I DID purchase a solid parts car, which is NOT included in this auction. The parts car is a 79,000 original mile southern car that is loaded as well but is a 350 car. It too has a 400 transmission but also has posi traction rear end, which the convedrtible does not and has a power trunk release, also not on the convertible. The parts car is a 4 door sedan and will offer many items needed for the repair of this car and is available for an additional amount. My feedback speaks for my honesty so bid with confidence! This is a no reserve aution and Nationwide delivery is available at a cost. You are also welcome to pick the car up here in Woodstock Illinois and I will help load onto your trailer.
