You will pay UPS the balance due as your insurance of receipt of the title. This bike is very well documented. Bike was triked with the Triwing conversion in July of 07 by the original owner with the help of his family. The installation is very well documented and took almost 40 hours. The kit cost almost $8000 alone with the wheels, tires etc. Had they paid for installation, the cost would be much, much more as you can guess. The bike had a documented 11,448 one owner miles upon installation. Since installation, there are receipts for over $2000 of dealer service including carbs rebuilt, gas tank removed and sealed, electronic ignition installed, forks resealed, and much more. All the trike related papers, manuals are in one 3 ring binder and all other service related items are included in a 2nd 3 ring binder. No surprises here. The bike was sold new for $4795. with the painted to match fairing, lowers and trunk. The cycle sound was added (has a short as powers off when hitting a bump) and bike has vista cruise and updated small bright driving lights. The bike is not perfect, it is 35 years old. There are some scuffs on the trike bodywork and the trunk top has fallen off chipping it but the bike itself has always been garaged and has avoided fading from sun. The condition of the wheels is better than usual, which when a bike is cared for by one owner, they generally care for their investment better than those undocumented bikes with many owners. These early Wings do NOT have reverse, so you will learn to park aiming straight out or parallel park, or just push the bike out. People will compliment this bike, not knowing it is 35 years old. The 1975 Wing is the first year of production and supposedly only 5000 were made. Of those 5000 many, many have long since been scrapped. When have you seen a 1975 Goldwing trike??? I have never seen one except this one, and you can own it for about 1/4 of the price of a new Wing Trike conversion that will depreciate. This Wing cared for properly is better than money in the bank and should maintain and grow in value. Yes, you may want to improve some items, and will have to maintain, but those costs are far lower than depreciation on a $32,000 + Current Goldwing Trike.
