Up for sale is my personal 2004 Triumph Bonneville Thruxton. It has many many extras and is professionally built and meticulously maintained. For example it has premium synthetic blended oil replaced every 1500 miles. Yes, I know I have issues! Ok, for modifications: It has the factory "Fly" screen, known to us "yanks" as a fairing, it has factory Triumph "racing" slip-ons. These are exactly as the stock ones look, but have a very mellow sound at speed and are absolutely awesone when on the pipe. The original pipes included too! Ok, there is more. I have installed the Heli-bars, a billet aluminum mini mirror, Knee-pads, the front and rear fenders were professionally painted gloss black to match the paint.. the factory crap gray was aweful. The front fender has a British number plate. I have replaced the odd tool only bolts for the side-covers and seat cowl with aftermarket easy realease ones. Oh, and the chain guard is also painted factory gloss black.... yeah I know... I hear it, I have issues! I also have a new "bum seat" for this bike.. I can include it if you want ,or I can auction it off by itself. It is not in the sale at this time. Would be willing to add to sale... please Email me about it. On Dec-13-10 at 04:03:51 PST, seller added the following information: Forgot to add that it has the Heli-bars installed. I think the bars cost about $250. These are aftermarket clip-ons that raise the handlebar position about 4 1/2 inches. These make the handlebar position waaay more comfortable. The grips were also replaced with gel sport-touring ones, also quite comfortable and very period looking. Actual milage is 4,605 miles.
