Vehicle Detail
1970 Chevrolet Nova This is a real pretty 70 Nova you are bidding on. It is a clean ride that runs well and drives nice. It’s a numbers matching car finished in original colors and it even has its Protecto-Plate card showing the original selling dealer Freeman Chevrolet in Chesterfield South Carolina, Consumer Information booklet, and original owners manual. She was restored a few years ago and it still looks nice. This is a perfect car to buy, drive, enjoy and even hit the local shows with it. The body is in nice shape. It appears the quarters are original as well as the floors. That’s a good sign that this car wasn’t a rebuilt rusted out field ornament. The body is straight and the panels line up nice. She was repainted and done back to its original code 78 Black Cherry paint. The finish is smooth with a nice gloss to it. There are a couple bubbles in the lower front of the drivers and passenger door. Also there are a few bubbles on the front part of the lower drivers and passenger quarter. These are small and nothing to be that alarmed about. The glass is in nice shape. The chrome bumpers look to have been redone and are in great shape. The trim is in nice shape as well. The interior appears to be mostly original and well preserved. The door panels are original and in nice condition. On the lower portion of the drivers there is a small tear by the retaining screw. The carpet maybe original and is still in very nice shape. The dash pad is not cracked and clean. The front seat was recovered and is new. The back seat is in really nice condition. The headliner is also nice. The original steering wheel is not cracked. The original AM radio is still in place. The trunk is clean and detailed with correct trunk paint, trunk mat, spare tire, jack and lug wrench. She is equipped with its original numbers matching 307/200hp engine. This motor was enhanced with an Edelbrock EPS Aluminum Intake, Holley Carburetor, & HEI Distributor. It has stock manifolds with dual exhaust featuring Flowmaster mufflers. It has a nice tone to it. Backing this fine running engine is a Th350 automatic transmission that shifts nice. Finishing off the drivetrain is a stock 10-bolt rear. She features power steering and power brakes for an easy driving muscle car. She runs and drives very nice and is something you can take anywhere. Overall, this is a nice clean original 1970 Nova that is ready to be used and enjoyed. She has nice colors, a good reliable drivetrain, and is even numbers matching with original papers!
