Vehicle Detail

Up for auction is my 1970 Bronco. I bought this truck in 2006 and it has undergone a complete (almost complete) frame off restoration. Body was removed from the frame and both were media blasted. The tub spent a year on a rotisserie and all rust was removed and replaced with clean sheet metal. Frame was coated with POR15 and topcoated with Dupont chassis paint to prevent fading from the sun. Every nut and bolt has been replaced. Overview of what this truck has: EngineFuel injected 5.0 from Ford Explorer (engine was stripped, machined .20 over, and completely rebuilt with all new parts) with all new PS pump, mini starter, alternator, etc.Motorsports E303 cam24lb injectorsNew Pro-M mass air meter with reusable cone filterA9L EECGT40 heads with aluminum rockersHeddman long tube headers into Dynomax dumpsaluminum radiatorNo A/C but new A/C compressor installed (was planning on doing a/c this coming summer)TransmissionNewly rebuilt 4R70W (composite bands, new clutch pack, jumbo servo)New Baumann Opti-Shift transmission control unitDana 20 transfer caseAdvanced Adapters Dana 20 to AOD adapter kitSuspension and axlesDana 44 with disks 9" with drums in backBoth axles have been completely rebuilt and 4.11 gears installed (all brakes are brand new front and back)Inverted Y steering linkage (all is brand new)New Mile Marker hubsRebuilt driveshaftsWest Texas Off Road rebuild on PS box (short ratio done also)JBG 3 1/2 lift" (with the upgraded Deavers)1" Wildhorses body liftNew 33" Good Year MTR's on Mickey Thompson Classic LocksMisc. StuffGrill is new from Dennis CarpenterQuiet hinges on tailgateNew headlights and trim ringsNew Centech wiring harness through out 76-77 auto columnNew Grant steering wheelNewer seats from 2004 Ford Ranger with console and cupholderNew windshield (all new gaskets on windshield and rear window)Fiberglass fender flaresThe truck is solid and only needs a few things to finish her up:BumpersMirrorwindow seals (should you keep the doors on it)windows and interior door parts installed ( I should have most parts needed)Seat BeltsNeeds carpet if you decide you want it carpetedThe paint is new but not perfect. We painted the tub on the rotisserie and planned to just paint enough to get the tub back on the frame. We had so much leftover paint that we went ahead and walked around the truck and painted the whole thing. The metal work is solid but the new owner may want it smoothed out and resprayed for a show finish. The half cab was professionally sprayed. The truck runs great and the overdrive transmission is awesome. I do have one driveline noise that I am working on and plan on having it resolved. I won't sit here and tell you how much I have invested because one, it makes me sick to think about it and two, I don't have much for receipts. I can say that a lot of time and money was invested and someone will get a great truck. I have hundreds of photos documenting this build and would be happy to share them with serious bidders.
