Up for bids is this 1967 ford mustang coupe. This is a project car which means it needs restoration. This is a project car that needs restoration. It is not a $10,000 show car it is a project. I am just trying to clarify this before someone bids and wins and does not get the full meaning of what a car needing restoration is. It is a original 289 car with an automatic transmission. I have rebuilt lots of mustangs and had intensions on restoring this one but I have decided to sell it and work on another project instead. It will crank and run but it will need brake work and fine tuning before it is road ready. It runs good. I have drove it down the road I live on and it shifted okay. I have not got it up to highway speeds so I have just driven slow in my neighborhood. The car is structurly sound but needs some sheetmetal work. It will need floor pans. They are rusted. It will need passenger rear quarter work and it will need a outer door skin on the passenger side because it is rusted at the bottom on the outside. The glass is okay in it. I have a clear title to it. It is overall complete. Look at the pictures. If you have questions let me know. As I stated at the beginning it is a project so the car needs rebuilding. This is not something you are going to jump in and drive across the county. I have seen junky cars that didn't run sell for what I am starting this off for so I think I am pricing this very fair.
