It was a K-9 police vehicle. It is very dirty & has a heavy dog smell. It has a DEAD BATTERY. This vehicle starts (after battery is jumped), runs and drives. The operational condition of the A/C is unknown. This was turned in because the scheduled replacement arrived (July 2010).
