For sale is a rare "S" model BMW 320i. I am the third owner since new. The auto was delivered to its original owner in CA where it remained until I purchased it 2 years ago. This is a very nice example of this make. The exterior is in very good condition. All chrome and rubber trim are in great shape. There is no rust evident. The auto was repainted in 2007 by a professional body shop. All exterior lights function properly. The wheels were reconditioned and powdercoated also in 2007. The full-sized matching spare is included. The interior is as well in very good condition with three exceptions. Both front seats show some wear and the dash has three small cracks. Those notwithstanding, all interior items function properly. This auto was equipped with air conditioning, which works well. The auto is also equipped with an older Sony radio/cd changer. The original Blaupunkt radio will be included in the sale. There are no unusual odors as the auto has been kept smoke-free. Mechanically, the following have been replaced or reworked since 2007: front control arms and wheel bearings, motor mounts, new clutch, clutch slave and master cylinders, allignment, rear brakes, O2 sensor, radiator, crankshaft and rear transmission seals, 71 degree thermostat and a major tune-up in 2009 (injectors, wiring harness, cap, rotor). I drive the car daily to work except when snowing and has been maintained by a BMW specialist since in CO. This is a great old car. I have attempted to describe its condition as accurately as possible. Please note that it is being offered as-is, where-is with no warranty, expressed or otherwise implied. Any interested party is welcome to inspect and drive it. At my discretion, I would also be pleased to refer you to the shop who presently services this auto with any additional questions that you may have. The winning bidder acknowledges that he or she is entering into a legally binding contract and should make contact with me within 24 hours of the sale. As well, a $500 deposit will be required within 48 hours after the auction closes through Paypal. The remaining balance will be required within 7 days after the auction closes, either by certified check or money order. It will be solely the responsibility of the winning bidder to arrange for delivery of the auto, however, I would be pleased to assist locally if I am able to do so.
