1973 FORD GRAN TORINO SPORT Q CODE 351CJ COBRA JET FASTBACK Car has a 351 Cleveland 4 bbl. Cobra Jet motor. It has a C-6 transmission. Worse thing about the car is that the floor boards have started to rot from sitting as you can see in the pictures. I took out the seats and took out carpets so you can see what you are getting. Car will need floor boards. That is the worst thing about the car as far as the rust is concerned. Car has come from down south and has never seen salted roads. Motor has a tap could be rocker arms or values. It is coming from top of motor on passenger side. Engine is starting to leak oil from sitting. Car would be an easy restoration project. As you can see in the pictures. Radiator has been replace a few years back, still looks brand new. To get through inspection last year, brakes have been gone through with new pads, rotors, wheel cylinders, brake hoses and other odds and ends parts. Car has A/C not hooked up, power steering/power brakes. Has hooker headers that were brought last year. Car has new Indy 500 tires. When through car last year and only has about 50 miles on car since then. Never really had time to drive. Wanted to restore myself but just don't have the time. Real nice car. No rot in rear quarters or under the doors. Everything on body is easy fix. Only small amounts of surface rust. Brake lights are not working at this time as it needs a new brake switch. Which is about $5 at auto parts store. Interior of car is in good shape. Seats, headliner and door panels are in good shape. Interior needs dashboard and carpets. Car is solid.
