This acution is for a 1967 Mustang that I purchased as a great start to a project that I just dont have time to finish. I have recently had some things come up that make it impossible for me to continue putting money into this toy. Im sad to see it go but must move on. The car was purchased about 2 years ago and has been garage kept ever since. The previous owner had painted it years ago and had all intentions of finsihing the restoration himself. He had installed new floor pans but they need to have the welding finished on the floors as they are just tacked in place. The undercarrige is in great shape and the only parts that need to be replaced do to rust is the forward frame rails which is about a 10 inch section on each side of the forward frame. The engine is a 289 2V with an auto C4 transmission. The car was not running when I purchased it and I removed the engine to have it rebuilt. The engine did turn by hand and is rebuildable as it is at the engine shop now but I have yet to start the process with the builder. The transmission is still sitting on the shelf in my garage since the day I removed it. The car has alot of parts that are original that come with the purchase. The car is a great start to a restoration and took me a while before I found a "project" car that wasnt covered in rust and worth the time to put back together. Im almost reluctant to sell it but I have to let it go. Please feel free to email me with any questions you may have and I will do my best to get back to you as soon as possible.
