Selling my 1964 Fairlane 500 Project car on a No Reserve Auction. Two door, 289 V8, Automatic Trans., Power Steering. The Good: Barn Find, sitting for 31 years. Original one-owner PA title. Original Build Sheet. Interior in very good original condition. Original 289 motor and C4 auto transmission. Motor runs off gas can. Based on interior condition, appears to be original 54K mile vehicle. All body side chrome/stainless intact and good condition except one rear taillight and one letter on hood. All glass is good, windows roll up and down. Doors close tight and line up well. Appears to be all original equipment, even has intact windshield washer bag. Driven by little old man for local transportation only. The Bad: Driven by little old man in PA winters. Has rust in rear frame rails into trunk. Has rust in lower quarters and lower front fenders. Rust in drivers front and passengers rear-center floor pans. Bumpers are rusted through in spots. Tires are heavily weather cracked, will only hold air for trailer loading. Nice original equipment car that deserves to be restored or would make a great parts car for a restoration project. Car rolls easily for loading. Will assist with loading. Will not provide transportation, that is the buyer’s responsibility. No zero transaction bidders allowed, bids will be automatically rejected.
