1939 Buick Model 41 Street Rod You are bidding on a really cool 1939 Buick Model 41 Street Rod. You rarely see these older Buick’s hopped up which makes this is a one of a kind custom. You are going to get some heads turning and some double takes when you cruise this into your next cruise in. She looks cool, is super comfortable, and has an exhaust note that says “Hot Rod”. If you are looking for something different, this is it. The body is in nice condition. The underside is in nice shape. There is no rust and she is solid. The factory rear suicide doors are the perfect touch for that street rod style. The burgundy paint looks good. It has a little orange peal but a simple wet sand and buff would make it pop. The trim is in good shape. The glass is in nice condition. The bumpers were removed for a smoother look that fits the style of the car perfect. The interior is really nice. It’s done over in custom tweed. The door panels are in perfect shape. The carpet is in good condition. The headliner also is in nice shape. The seats are in great condition and are super comfortable. It’s like driving your couch. Once you get in the backseat, you don’t want to get out. She has a GM tilt steering column with a Grant aluminum steering wheel mounted up. A Sun Super Tach is mounted to the side of the column and a Sunpro volt gauge is mounted under the dash. Also under the dash is a Jensen CD2010X AM/FM/CD stereo providing some driving tunes. The trunk lid has actuator to open it by power via a switch under the dash revealing a finished off carpet cargo area with the battery mounted in back as well. This Buick is powered by a real strong running Chevy 350. This car has a lot of power and really scoots down the road well. It’s a true Hot Rod with the power to put you into the seat a bit. It features a larger then stock cam, Holley Contender Manifold, Rochester Carburetor, HEI Distributor, K&N Velocity Stack, Fenderwell Headers into dual exhaust with Flow Thru Mufflers exiting to the side. This engine has a lumpy idle, and sounds killer thru the exhaust. Backing this engine is a TH350 transmission and a Ford 9” Rear. She has coil springs in the rear with Air Shocks. The front appears to be the stock suspension. It does have a lower stance for that right look. She rides on chrome smoothies with spinner caps. It’s a fast car and it will put a smile on your face when you mash the GO pedal. Overall, this is a really cool Hot Rodded 39 Buick that is priced right and has the look you want and the power to crave.
