If interested please contact us Up for auction is a rare 1950 Bullet-nose Convertible Studebaker Champion. This car is a great start but does need complete restoration. This is how the car came to us, but we have inspected the boxes of parts that came with the car, and we felt that most, if not all, of the parts to put the car back together are there. This car also comes with the original 6 cyl engine (out of the car) and Standard transmission (in the car) As well as what I believe to be a 259 V8 engine completely rebuilt, so we were told, and an automatic transmission This is a power top convertible (we have not tested it's condition) Has the Studebaker wheels with all trim rings All glass is in good condition, I think only one has a crack. All the interior is present front and back seats with panels and needs to be reupholstered , The panels are great for templates, and door panels have the chrome on them. We have the rear glass insert for the convertible top and top boot. Nose and hood are in good usable condition, as is most of the chrome & stainless (refer to the photos) Someone started rocker panel replacement, replaced the complete exhaust, some brakes parts and brake hoses and that is about as far as the restoration got. Car is priced to sell -I need the space as winter approaches. We can load all parts into car for easy shipping and can help load onto trailer or transport. What an awesome project and a prized piece when finished. I wish I had the time & space, would love to see it restored and on the road again.
