Vehicle Detail

1963 Pontiac Bonneville Convertible You are bidding on a real nice 63 Bonneville Convertible. This car is in great shape and looks fantastic. It was an Oklahoma car until 1989. From there it went to the second owner who kept it in their collection until 1996 when The Merrell Family from Novi Michigan bought it at the Kruse Auburn Indiana classic car auction. From there its way to NJ via an online auction and now it is inside our showroom ready to go to a new home. You can tell all of its owner have lovingly cared for this car as it is not rusted and a real solid, nice looking and driving classic. There is also an original 1963 Ad showing this same car – That’s cool stuff! We have a stack of receipts of all the recent services on this Bonnie. You can’t pass up the opportunity to purchase this sweetheart of a Bonneville Drop Top. The body is in nice shape. The panels are straight and rust free. The owner states it's all metal with no body filler. The underside is clean. The white paint is very nice and smooth. It has a nice glossy shine to it. The chrome and trim are in nice shape. The power convertible top still apprears fresh and goes up and down well. The interior is in nice condition. The bucket seats are in beautiful shape. The carpet was replaced in 2008. The dash is nice. The door panels are in good condition as well. The power convertible top is in nice shape as well with a matching boot. The original AM/FM radio is still in place and it works. She also has a power antenna. Inside the trunk is clean and even has the removeable trunk light. The original 389/303hp engine runs super strong. The heads were redone with hardened valve seats in 1996 so you can run unleaded fuel. It has a correct AFB Carter carb. This car has a lot of get up and go. There is a Desert Cooler aluminum radiator and electric fan plus the original fan keeps the car cool even on the hottest summer days. The water pump and thermostat was replaced in 2008. You won't have any issues with overheating. The automatic transmission shifts nice and smooth and was rebuilt by AAMCO in 6/2008. It has power steering and power brakes to make a real easy car to cruise. The suspension rides real nice. It has had new tires 9/2008 and have 90% of their tread left. This is a comfortable car and it’s a joy to drive. Overall, this is a real pretty car that runs out fantastic, drives great, looks wonderful and is something that will give you many years of fun use.
