Ford F-150 4x4 - V-6 4.2L - 5 Speed (Bad Engine - Needs To Be Towed - Not Included ) This auction is for a Ford F-150 4x4 V6 4.2L 5 Speed Transmission. This was my personal truck for 5 years, I replaced the engine with a rebuilt engine at 110000 miles that eventually developed a leaking head gasket. It eventually overheated and I damaged/killed the engine when I tried to add more water and cracked the block. The rest of the truck in in fair working condition.
