The hood and truck latches operate and with the original keys, the trunk opens like it was new, and finally all the glass, and seals in the car are in perfect condition. Interior: The interior on this car is truly one of a kind. This was the highest Trim level available from Packard in 1954. It is near perfect in every way, not a scratch on anything, and everything works great ! Motor: The motor is a 359ci. straight 8 cyl., It is called a Thunderbolt and was put in Packard cars of this class starting in 1954. It was quoted to produce 212 hp.This engine starts very well, and simply runs as smooth as possible. Transmission: The transmission is a two-speed automatic. Shifts perfectly, with no leaks.
