For sale is a 1987 Mercedes-Benz 300 SDL with 103,000 original miles. Runs and drives Excellent. Great example of this model. Acquired at a local charity auction and so no service history is known. This is very nice Mercedes diesel with a clean Carfax with no accidents. ENGINE The engine is the original 3.0 liter straight six diesel that it came with. The engine runs great. TRANSMISSION It has a original 4spd automatic transmission. It goes into all the gears with no grinding or slipping issues. INTERIOR It has a great tan leather interior with no cuts or tears in the leather. The wood accents are in great shape with no cracks in the wood. The dash is also in great shape with no cracks in the dash and the carpet is clean with no major stains. PAINT AND BODY The body is in exceptional shape with the dark gray metallic paint being almost flawless and no dents of dings on the body. From 1 to 10 the I would rate the paint a 9. WHEELS AND TIRES It has the original factory wheels with four very good tires. They have about 75% tread left on them. ELECTRICAL AND ACCESSORIES It has a converted A/C system to R134a refrigerant and blows cold. All the windows and mirrors function correctly. The power sunroof is also working great. It has the original stereo cassette player that is also working correctly. The speakers are showing there age and sound like they need to be replaced. The power antenna is working correctly. EXHAUST It has the original factory exhaust system that is great shape. SUSPENSION AND BRAKES It has good brakes front and rear. Being sold at no reserve and will sell to the highest bidder.
