1971 Honda CB

I found this bike in a shed this summer. It had been sitting since 1995. I bought the bike to get it going and keep it. I it is original not modified at all. the exhaust and rear tire had been replaced at one time and are in good shape. I got the bike runing it had some carb issues so i took it to the Honda shop, they cleaned the carbs, put some new parts in one of them, and put new aftermarket air filters on. I put a new battery in it but for some reason the battery wont hold a charge or the bike is not charging the battery. So I am going to give up on it. Also I cant get the starter to work, I took the old one off and got a different one it tested good and I put it on and cant get it to work. I put a different starter relay on to see if it was that but it still wont work. There are four dents in the gas tank and two in one of the top part on the forks, the gold part. the gas tank dose have jb weld on the bottom side left. I never put it there and it dont leak. The front tire looks to be original, fenders are in good shape, the seat has no rips or tears. The lights all work, horn works, rear view mirrors would need replaced, the bike just dose not charge. The compresson is good and the bike dose run with a battery charger on. The previous owners cant find the title.
