1969 Ford Mustang coupe show car , red with black hood , incredible paint job with unusual paint scheme by Mark Bowen in Lawrenceville Ga at Bowens collision (bright and shows really well) 514 cubic inch big block (460 stroker) / super cobra jet aluminum heads / victor coated intake / all forged internals / MSD ignition system Pro Sportsman Fogger with 2 trunk mounted bottles (never sprayed it) / 750 Holley carb (dyno tuned by Brad Brand in Covington Ga) 2 seperate fuel systems (motor and nitrous) fed by 110 gph electric pumps with braided hose / fuel switches in dash / 2 Holley bypass regulators custom fuel cell in trunk with bung out bottom by FBO systems in Washington state / custom aluminum radiator Optima battery with billet hold down brackets / Sanden A/C compressor (Vintage Air not yet installed) factory air car so it would be an easy install but compressor and March brackets are already installed complete Willwood braking system non-power drilled and slotted at all 4 corners C6 custom build tranny with 3200 stall (very streetable with 3.25 rear gears) to drive to car shows not trailer!! B&M Hammer shifter narrowed 9 inch rear with 3.25 gears and traction lock rear posi / mini tubs for wide wheels (perfect job, see trunk pics) QA1 coilovers in rear with competition engineering ladder link style setup but NEVER been on the strip!! Thought it looked way cool Lokar emergency brake cables Amercan Racing Torq-Thrust 2 polished wheels 17 x 10 rear 17 x 7 front tires good killer sound system installed by Audio Concepts in Conyers Ga 2 10 inch JL Audio subs 600 watt Memphis amp Memphis door speakers and Alpine cd player round out a very nice system! Flaming River polished tilt column and non power rack and pinion steering good road feel but non power lowered 2.5 inches all factory front suspension drives great but has a little bump steer (tubular a arms would cure that problem) interior is all custom exept for the Procar Elite seats by Tims Auto Upholstery in Dacula Ga. Autometer Gauges in Custom instrument panel / 5 inch recall tach / 5 inch 160mph speedo / gas (don't work) / oil pressure / volts / temp This car turns a lot of heads at the car shows is fun to drive even without the power steering and power brakes (could use a more aggressive pad) it is very fast and sounds great with the 3 chamber Flowmaster exhaust and Crites restoration headers. I did not buy this car finished but built it from the ground up over the past few years. Car has been done (or do you ever finish) for about 3 years and have been driving it ever since to shows many mnay weekends but it is time to part with it for another project
