This car is an original complete 1948 Packard Convertible Victoria, Super 8, Model 2279, with a 120” wheel base. It is a one owner car. It was sold new out of the Burberick Motor Sales Packard Dealership in Burlingame, CA and given to the new bride and groom as a wedding present. The owner lived in Mill Valley, CA, where it was parked in a carport. In the 1970's the car was parked, still in running condition, where it sat in the carport until 2008. Then in, it was trailered to Reno NV and stored under a new car cover where it presently resides. The dipstick shows oil and no rust, as shown in the picture. No attempt has been made to start or turn over the engine. The car’s odometer says 61,508 miles, but it actually has 161,508 miles. The car comes with the original sales documentation including the original sales receipt. It also includes service records for a number of years as shown in one of the pictures.
