I AM SELLING THE CAR THAT I HAVE LONGED FOR SINCE I SAW JR EWING DRIVE IN THE SERIES "DALLAS". I LOVE THIS CAR BUT JUST HAVE NO TIME TO DRIVE IT WITH MY KIDS TAKING UP MOST OF OUR FREE TIME WITH THEIR ACTIVITIES. BOUGHT THE MINI VAN AND NEED SPACE IN THE DRIVEWAY. UP FOR SALE IS A 1987 ALLANTE WITH 77,035 ORIGINAL MILES. Cadillac's ultra-luxury roadster with the body designed and built in Italy by Pininfarina (of Ferrari fame) then flown across the Atlantic to the USA where Cadillac finished outfitting the car. Very limited production makes these Cadillacs rare and hard to find a really good one. 1997 was the first year of production. The Allante has been covered and sitting my my driveway for the last year, I do start it every week or two and it starts every time without a problem. The condition of the car inside looks great for the cars age I have additional pictures, email me if you would like to see them. You have your usual problem with the visor shades that falling ( any Allante enthusiast knows of this issue.) The exterior looks good with the exception a little crack in teh front right bottom panel. easy fix The engine is smooth and the transmission shifts smoothly The brakes have an issue with what I am almost sure it's the accumulator or ABS pump ( no pressure building ) the car will have to be towed. The abs antilock brakes come up when starting the car. Not sure how this happened the car was sitting for 3 months when this error occured. The tires (GOODYEAR) are like new with plenty of life to it. The original color is Burgandy and it has been painted with the same color. The soft top has 2 three to 4 in tears where the top folds on the left and right corners. The FACTORY MATCHING BURGANDY COLOR HARD TOP is included and went for thousands when new. I have the original golden keys that all the new cadillac dealerships presented to the new proud owners. Additional sets of keys as well. - good amount of the maintainence records. - the original audio cassette tapes that came with the car - owners manual - Cadillac Allante 1987-1988 Service Information Manual ( I have pics by request ) - original Cadillac Allante Brochure - other bonus books on the Allante and it's unique history As you can tell I am a Allante enthusiast and still love love love the way this car drives, looks, and feels!!!! I get so many compliments on this car, what's funny is many of the younger kids ask what kind of car is it, way before their time.
