1999 Mercedes-Benz S420 is up for sale as the company planned a complete overhaul of its S-Class with an early launch of the 2000 model year. 1999 was significant in that it marked the last year the company would produce the S420. The S420 had a 4.2 liter V8 engine that produced 275 horsepower. There is lots of room inside, especially in the back seat. The engine has 110k miles but it still holds a very nice condition. I have the car little over a year. The car is a Clean Title, in the Car-Fax report the millage shows 157k but the current mileage goes with the engine that has been replaced with the previous owner. It runs grate, transmission has been maintenance all the brakes and tires are new. I had the car inspected before buying it from the previous owner and truly could not find any damage of being involved in an accident except for the engin being changed.
