The auction terms pertaining to payment, pickup, etc must be observed for this guarantee. This 2005 Subaru Legacy GT Limited is a very clean car in excellent condition. This Subaru is equipped with the 2.5L Boxer Turbo Engine, 5-Speed Transmission, All-Wheel-Drive, the Power Sunroof, and Heated-Leather Seats. All of the power options and equipment in this car have been tested and are working properly. The 2.5L Boxer engine is a very strong and smooth motor with excellent fuel economy as well. The transmission shifts crisply, and the clutch engagement is high. The matching set of tires were installed by the owner and are showing good tread. The brake pads are all in excellent condition. There aren’t any service indicators or warning lights on. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight, and there aren’t any rattles while driving this car. All of the power equipment in this Subaru is operating properly, including the air conditioning. This Legacy GT runs and drive very well. The exterior of this Subaru is in excellent condition with only some minor blemishes and normal nicks mainly on the bumpers. The “Regal Blue Pearl” finish has maintained gorgeous gloss and luster over the entire body. There aren’t any dents or scratches, and the undercarriage is very clean and in excellent condition as well. The interior is very clean and in excellent condition as well. All leather surfaces are soft, supple and clean. The seats and carpeting are in excellent condition with only minor wear on the driver side. All of the interior trim is intact, tight and in terrific condition as well. This was a non smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks in the interior of this Legacy. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $40, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
