This is a 1978 XJ 12 L. It is very nice car. I bought it from an Ebayer in Dec 2009. At that time, the car was not running. I took it to a Jaguar Mechanic and spent quite a bit to get it up and running. It is running now, but mechanic thinks I will need 2 more fuel injectors... after spending 1500.00 in mechanic fees. I don't want to spend any more money on it. Whoever buys it can continue that project. It is a very nice car. My next plan was going to paint it...but I've spent enough already. If you have any questions please email me... Also, the mechanic had to put a racing gas tank in the trunk because he thinks that will be better than to use the 2 gas tanks it came with... Well, I've spent quite a bit on that car...somebody else can finish what I've started. At least now, the car started...but again this is a project car and this is as is.
