For sale is a 1965 Lincoln Continental Convertible. This is a very good project car when completed is worth well over 20k and will only increase in value over time. Only 187 vehicles left on the road from this year. 42k original miles, engine cranks but dies after a couple of seconds indicating it needs the carburetor adjusted. Recently changed oil, spark plugs, and ignition switch. There are no leaks at all. Body wise there is rust spots on the car that will need attention. Need to fix windows, seats, and locks. All gauges and wipers are working. I also have the spare tire with original casing as well as all the fabric to upholster the trunk. Currently only the driver's door opens because the other ones are power locked. The top currently does not work but makes noise indicating it needs a part replacement. The interior is in good condition. The seats have no wear marks at all and no rips or scratches. The top of dashboard has cracks but can be upholstered easily. Everything in this car is original. This car has not been tampered with in any way. Trunk area and floor are good. The major rust spot is the driver side rear door and the rear trunk lid. They will most likely need to be replaced. This was a S.C. car all it's life and never seen snow. Chrome is in good condition. I have all the maintenance papers and records of a complete engine and transmission rebuild as well as all the miscellaneous things in the car.
