This car was recently involved in an accident which resulted in the front bumper being slightly hit. The damage was NOT significant enough to harm the frame/suspension of the car. There was no structural damage, just cosmetic. Only 1 airbag was deployed (passenger). I had a licensed, professional auto shop repair the damage for me. They replaced the front bumper and front bumper reinforcement as well as the passenger airbag with ORIGINAL OEM Volkswagen parts. The shop also had an alignment done as well as a full inspection with SMOG. I still have all the paperwork for it. It is in EXCELLENT mechanical and cosmetic condition! Because of the accident, the vehicle was given a salvage title, therefore warranty is void. The 1.8T engine starts and runs great. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly and flawlessly. The exterior is in great shape with no scratches. There is only one very small dent on the rear right side quarter(see pictures). The interior is clean and has never been smoked in.
