You are bidding on an original west Texas purchased 1982 Oldsmobile Toronado. This car has not been started since 2000. The car will be sold with a bill of sale as I do not have a title for the car, however, I know the car and the owner and will guarantee it to be clear of any and all leins and a title can be obtained through the State of Texas for about $200.00. This car was bought new and was driven by the original owner's and later by their children through their estate. The car was last driven and inspected in 2000 when a leaking water pump was discovered and it was then parked and covered. I bought it from a surviving son that has no desire to keep the car. The body is in excellent condition with the exception of the rubber parts around the front and rear bumpers. The glass is good. The leather interior is in relatively good shape, with the exception of the headliner which is in need of replacement. Mechanically, the car was in very good condition when parked. This is an excellent parts car for someone with one of these vintage Oldsmobiles or could also be returned to the road as a driver with minimal work and expense.
