Selling my very well kept and BMW maintained 2004 K1200 LT. This bike has every conceivable feature on it. Cruise Control, 7 Disk CD Changer, Surround Sound Speaker System. The best is the power front windscreen; it raises and lowers at a push of a button. Adjustable wings for air flow in winter or summer. The bike also features both driver and passenger heated seats and backrest (both adjustable). Also the hand grips have adjustable grip warmers built in on them. The Bike currently has 27K on it. A brand new front tire was just mounted. Metzler ME880 Marathon. All fluids have been change recently. Extras on the bike include a set of PIAA 1100X front driving lights. Once you use these you will never go without them. On the back side is a factory installed luggage rack with 10" led brake light bar. Ina addition to the 3 bulb standard lights, there're a set of 32LED Hyperlites that flash for 5 seconds then go steady when you depress the braking. I have found these to be very helpful while at a stop light. The paint has been waxed nearly 5 times a season, and the chrome sparkles. There are the usual small scuffs on any bike of this size. A small scratch on the front fender and a small mark on the back left pannier. The tranny is a 5 speed standard gear pattern shift. The Brakes are power assisted ABS 4/6 caliper disc. Two in the front and one floating in the back. The system in an integrated variable system which splits the power from front to back with either right handle or right pedal. This Bike also has a REVERSE feature that allows going back wards with ease. In addition the side stand there is also a center stand to keep it upright in the winter, or when garage kept. I have had this bike for many years and it is simply the best tourer you can buy. I have since bought a newer one and this beauty must go. This bike has been in over 15 states with me, and can outrun nearly any other bike less a crotch rocket. The mileage I have recorded has been roughly 46MPG with two people. 51MPG by myself. With a 6 gallon fuel tank and an onboard computer telling you how far you can go, you can relax and enjoy your ride.
