2000 Dodge Ram 1500 Extracab 2wheel drive v8 5.2 liter engine. Automatic with airconditioning. The truck starts right up and runs good the ac blows warm. the truck moves forward and backward with no problem but wont shift out of 1st gear. I drove the truck down the street it ran good up to 30mph but would not shift out of first gear. Brakes feel good, steering good, suspension good but you cant drive over 30mph. The truck does go backwards as well. The body on the truck is good with the exception of rust on the rocker panel on the drivers side and bubbling on the bottom of the passenger door and some minor surface rust on the edges of the wheel well. There are also some scratches and small dents on the truck but none that bad. The interior is good overall but the drivers seat edge is coming apart and was taped to prevent more damage. The rear two tires are about 70% good the front 40%..The frame and under the truck look good overall not much rust. The tail gate opens and closes well, the doors open close and lock as they should. With a little mechanical help this truck could be a good driver.
