INSPECTIONS: The above description of the vehicle reflects our opinion of the vehicle based on its age and mileage and your opinion may be different so we encourage you to do your own research on this vehicle before the end of the auction. As the Dealer, we welcome and recommend a buyer's inspection. E-mail us through this web site for an appointment to do the inspection and we will gladly accommodate you. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. No inspections will be allowed after the auction has ended, period. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees. As the winning bidder, you are committed to purchase this vehicle. After the Auction has ended, you will not be allowed to inspect this vehicle before you pay for it, period. If you make demands to do so then you will be referred to this paragraph whereas you were notified to e-mail us to make an appointment to inspect the car before the auction ended with your winning bid, not after. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Initial Contact: Successful high bidder should contact us within 24 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction. Deposit: Within 24 HOURS following the end of the auction, a $500 non-refundable deposit shall be made by PayPal, wired to the Seller or delivered as Cash in Person please. If a deposit is not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can be made available to other potential buyers, both locally and to eBay bidders, on a first come, first serve basis. Balance Due: Transactions should be completed within 3 DAYS of auction close. For the balance due, Seller only accepts bank wire transactions and cash in person. PayPal or a credit card may not be used to pay the balance due. Time of Pickup: Vehicle should be picked up by the buyer within 7 calendar days from the end of the auction. After 7 days, a $75 storage fee per day applies. Taxes & Fees: Florida buyers will pay Florida sales tax (including the surcharge for their county of residence) plus all registration and license plate fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Title: The title may take up to 30 days to be processed and delivered to you. We will provide you with a 30-day temporary tag during this period at no charge. Required Documents: Before you may leave with the car, you will need to provide us with your Current Driver's License, Proof of Insurance and, if transferring a valid license plate from another vehicle, a copy of the registration from that vehicle. Shipping: We do not ship cars. Please do not win the Auction and then ask us to ship the car because we will not do it. Please make sure any and ALL questions or concerns have been taken care of before the end of the auction. We reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time at our discretion. Temporary Transit Tag: We will issue you a temporary tag AT NO CHARGE which will provide valid registration in all states for 30 days. Locally for Sale: This vehicle is up for sale locally and we reserve the right to end this auction early if we have a local buyer. Mileage: The mileage may be up to 500 miles higher than stated in the ad. Other: The interior may have been previously categorized as "excellent" in this ad but to be on the safe side, we re-categorize the interior as "good" and we again recommend an pre-inspection of the vehicle before placing the winning bid and/or before meeting the reserve as your opinion may be different than ours and we encourage you to do an inspection before placing the winning bid and not after. No Shipping: The Buyer must (in person) pickup , pay for and leave feedback for this vehicle before making any shipping arrangements. Seller will not accommodate a shipper nor be involved in any shipping arrangements or details. This transaction is for local pickup by the Buyer in person only. Seller will not work with any "Agents" or "Representatives" of the Buyer but only with the Buyer as registered with eBay. Therefore, for purposes of this auction, there is "no shipping" but "local pickup only." We will not meet a Shipper nor accommodate a Shipper. You must pay and pick up the car in person. Same Person: The winning Bidder and the Buyer must be the same person and all the papers to transfer ownership of the car will be put only into the name of the winning bidder/buyer and no one else's. If the winning bidder/buyer is buying the car for someone else then he or she will have to re-title the car from their name to the other person's name after this transaction is processed and will assume sole responsibility for gathering all necessary fees, taxes and insurance requirements to do so. Out-of-State Buyers, Re: Sales Tax - We have gotten several inquiries from potential out-of-state buyers who would like to know and if we have to collect sales tax. The answer depends upon the state where you reside and the answer is usually "yes, we have to collect sales tax even if you are an out-of-state buyer" but sometimes there is a credit if you are a reciprocal state. For example, if you are a Georgia resident, then we are required to collect 4% sales tax so you get a 2% tax credit but you are required to register the car within 45 days in Georgia or you will have to pay the entire 6% sales tax. In-State (Florida) Buyers, Re: Sales Tax - We collect 6% Florida sales tax plus a surcharge amount for the County where you reside. For example, Nassau County has a surcharge of 1% so we will collect 7% of the sales amount. There are surcharge limitations based on the final selling price but a good estimate is 7%. Registration, Re: License Plate Transfer (for Florida Residents only) - If you do not have a valid license plate to transfer, then there is an Initial Registration Fee (INR) of $225.00 which we must collect. This INR is waived if you do have a valid plate to transfer. If you live in a state other than Florida, then we do not collect any registration fees yourself and you will be responsible for paying the registration fees yourself in your state. Recently Moved to Florida - You must have a valid Florida Drivers License before you can register the car in Florida and must pay Florida sales tax and registration fees and have proof of insurance to complete the transaction. Fees, Other - If you would like for us to estimate your total fees based on whether or not you have a valid plate to transfer and based on your State or County residency, please e-mail us through this Auction and we will be happy to assist you.
