THIS CAR IS A REAL FACTORY 4-SPEED EQUIPPED CAR THAT WAS ORDERED NEW WITH THE (SS) PACKAGE AND WAS MADE AT THE NORWOOD PLANT. IT HAS THE ORIGINAL HURST SHIFTED MUNCIE TRANSMISSION WITH CONSOLE AND ALSO THE ORIGINAL 12 BOLT POSITRACTION REAR WITH MULTI LEAF SPRINGS. THE ORIGINAL 327 WAS REPLACED WITH A POTENT "406" 4 BOLT MAIN SMALL BLOCK CHEVY. FOR THOSE THAT DONT KNOW THATS A 400 C.I. BORED .030 OVER. THE BODY ON THIS CAMARO IS POKER STRAIGHT AND ROCK SOLID. ITS BEEN PUT IN LIGHT GRAY SEALER AND READY FOR YOUR COLOR OF CHOICE. THE UNDERNEATH OF THIS CAR IS AMAZING STILL HAVING ITS ORIGINAL FLOOR AND TRUNK AND NEW GM QUARTERS THAT WERE INSTALLED YEARS AGO. NOTHING ON THE CAR HAS BEEN CUT UP OR MOLESTED. THE REAR FRAME RAILS ARE PERFECT. THE DOORS SHUT AS IF THE CAR WAS NEW. THE CAR HAS ITS ORIGINAL BLACK BUCKET INTERIOR WHICH IS IN GREAT SHAPE FOR ITS AGE BUT COULD USE A CARPET AND HEADLINER AND PACKAGE TRAY TRIM. THE DASH IS ORIGINAL AND UN-CUT AND STILL HAS THE AM RADIO IN IT. ALL THE GLASS IN CAR IS GOOD AND ALL THE ELECTRICS SUCH AS LIGHTS, GAUGES, ETC WORK AS THEY SHOULD. IT WILL NEED A NEW WIPER SWITCH CAUSE ITS WORN BUT DOES WORK. THE BRAKES WORK GOOD AND THE CAR DRIVES STRAIGHT. THIS IS A GOOD STRONG RUNNING CAR WITH NO MECHANICAL ISSUES AND IS RELIABLE AS WELL. IT HAS ORIGINAL GM RALLY WHEELS 15X7 FRONTS...15X8 REARS BUT WILL NEED THE 2 FRONT TRIM RINGS THAT I NEVER GOT A CHANCE TO GET. THE CAR IS ALL STEEL WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE OLD SCHOOL STYLE HOOD SCOOP. I WAS GONNA REPLACE THE HOOD WITH THE REPRODUCTION "SS" TYPE TO MAKE THE CAR CORRECT. ALL THE TRIM ON THE CAR IS VERY PRESENTABLE BUT NOT PERFECT. THIS CAR IS NOW IN THE STAGE TO BE TAKEN TO ITS LAST LEVEL OF COMPLETION AND IS PRICED NOW TO SELL.
