Vehicle Detail
I am selling this car for my mother so I don't know a ton about it. I will list in detail what I do know so that no information is misunderstood. Questions are encouraged for anything I might miss. If I do not know the answer I will get back with you as soon as I can. This is a 2000 Ford Taurus with 226K miles. It is in good driving condition despite the body work it needs. It has been reliable and drives smooth and straight down the road. It was in a collision prior to my mother owning it. The damage is strictly cosmetic and causes no problems with the way it drives. It has power locks, mirrors, windows, driver seat, cruise, tilt, and air. It has am/fm radio with cassette but it was disconnected when she got it and has never had it hooked back up, so I don't know if it actually works or not. Right now I would have to say it does not just to be safe. The only other quirk is that the gas gauge does not read accurately. I think the float is messed up. As long as you keep gas in it you're fine. The front bumper, hood, and driver side fender are the worst of the body damage (see pics) the trunk and rear bumper also have some damage but are not nearly as noticable as the front. I have replaced both of the headlight casings so they are crystal clear. One of the tail lights has a crack in it and 1 piece of the body trim on the passenger side is missing. I believe that is everything. Feel free to come check it out and make an offer. You can reach me best by ebay messaging. Leave your name and number to schedule an appointment to see the car. It may not be the prettiest thing, but it starts, runs, and drives good and would make a great commuter car or kids first car. Again, any questions please feel free to ask. Thanks for looking.
