1969 CAMARO Z/28 A rare opportunity to own a true musclecar legend. Finding a 69 CAMARO is a big deal. Now finding one that is an X-CODED Z/28 with it's numbers matching engine is truly the holy grail. This once in a lifetime find has it all. It has been in dry storage for decades and it is the first time it has been available since the 70s. With only 31,000 original miles it was early in this Camaros life that it headed for the race track. The original born with engine and trans was set in the garage and left to collect dust. Throughout the years the body and chassis were slightly modified to handle the racetrack and can easily be returned to stock. Having never been rusted or hit this Camaro has all it's original sheetmetal except for the Harwood hood and decklid. It was only "mini tubbed" so most of the stock, original, rustfree rear frame rails are in place. The rock solid factory quarter panels have only had the wheel lips trimmed for tire clearance.This is one of the cleanest original paneled 69 Camaros that you will ever find. After many years in storage the DZ 302 was disassembled for inspection. It was given a clean bill of health with receipts. It was installed as shown for ease of storage and shipping.
