Seeking a drop top muscle car? For your consideration is this 1966 Pontiac GTO Convertible Clone that just left the restoration shop where proper time was taken to do things right. It has a freshly rebuilt 389 V8 engine with less than 30 miles (see specs below) that runs great with a 350 Turbo automatic transmission with console and floor shifter. To many new parts to list. Virtually all chrome is new on the car as is the convertible top (power), fresh paint (Martinique Bronze), solid and straight body, suspension is good with many new parts, and freshly redone power drum brakes. All emblems are new. Car goes down the road straight and stops with no wobbling. The interior is also in good shape with no rips in the seats and the undercarriage is nicely detailed (see pics). Transmission is newly rebuilt with 2800 stall speed and shift kit. Engine was bored 40 over, has high performance triple cut 389 Pontiac heads, roller rockers, 650 Holley 4 barrel carb, headers, new pistons, rods, bearings, has a GM 400 performance CAM, new water pump and fan, new plugs, coil & wires, etc. (have receipts). Overall this is a great cruiser with ample power but nothing radical. Not a show car (it's not perfect) but plenty nice as a driver and it's a real looker and head turner.
