THIS IS A ONE OWNER BLAZER STILL IN THE POSESSION OF THE ORIGINAL OWNER. IT WAS PURCHASED NEW FROM A LOCAL SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA DEALER IN MAY OF 1971. I am listing this Blazer for my next door neighbor. He is 70 and is not internet saavy. Please call Hal directly with questions at 562-673-0483. Emails will be printed and hand delivered and may take a day to respond. The engine and transmission were rebuilt 20,000 miles ago. There were too many high performance parts installed to list. It was a quality rebuild. The front seats were upgraded yet still operate as did the originals and the rear seat now fold for convenience. The air conditioning system was replaced completely with a Vintage Air System at a cost of $1600.00. It blows VERY cold air. The system also replaced the heater core. It uses all the factory controls and vents. From inside the Blazer, you cannot tell it is not original. There is no play in the steering, no rattles except for the back hatch over big bumps. Blazers did this when they were brand new. It has a soft top, a roll bar, and new seat belts. It has all the important creature comforts as well including power steering, power breaks, front disc brakes, automatic transmission, POWER DOOR LOCKS, ungraded electronic ignition (no more changing points and condensers), center console and more. It is beautiful, reliable and due to health reasons, it must be sold. Tires are new with less than 1000 miles. The Blazer has a very rare set of Americal Racing slotted mag wheels that are perfect! I have seen these wheels sell for $1500 a set. Most of the rubber in the top is new. It has been well maintained and looks fantastic! I am a Chevy expert and I can tell you this truck is nice.
