This Diesel comes equipped with Light Blue Leather seats, while the front seats are powered and heated. Full power including Sunroof, Along With an amfm cass stereo. This Benz has a like new set of tires on them, and drives straight and true. The 3.0l diesel engine is economical yet powerful enough to move this 4 door luxury sedan. The 1997's were equipped with a 5 speed automatic for a better feel. This mercedes has 133,237 miles (could be slightly more at time of sale, for test drive pourposes). As this mercedes drives great on the highway it stumbles a little bit around idle speed. With that being said we have put nearly 2000 miles on it driving 500 mile trips at a time. The interior is in good shape for the age of the car. The light blue interior shows signs of use, as the drivers side seat shows the most wear. There are a few stains in the carpet, along with one on the headliner. The dash has a couple of cracks in it(common for the e-class). The seats say Wolf design on them and have a dark blue piping on them. The air conditioning worked and was cold untill about a month ago, the system still holds pressure and the compressor clutch an compressor move freely. It is most likely an electrical sensor that is faulty. The exterior shows well with some blemishes (all shown), the worst being a small rust spot the size of a quarter right underneath the upper license plate trim, and the next being a crease on the right side of the rear bumper. Others to include are nicks in the paint on the passenger side doors and front fender(all touched up), with slight clearcoat peeling off of the roof trim, and scuffs on the front and rear bumpers and a small dent under the passenger headlight. A NC buyer will need to add tax and tag fee, to be determined at final selling price and with a Drivers license and proof of insurance a 30 day tag will be issued and paperwork will be filed with the NCDMV.
Out of sate buyers with proof of insurance and driver’s license and a 10.00 fee will be given a temporary tag for transportation purposes. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. Please allow 3-10 days for your title to be Fed EX once all payments and information have been received. We guarantee a clean title on all our vehicles.
A $500.00 non refundable deposit to be received within 24 hours of auction end via Pay Pal bank transfer. Final payment must be made within 7 days of sale via cash, certified check or loan check. Vehicle must be picked up within 7 days of sale unless prior arrangements are made. Without prior arrangements or failure to adhere to pickup terms a $20.00 per day storage fee may be charged.
